While not a big fan of the author's early books--seems to promote eating one unhealthy food over another because it's not "as" bad--this article is thought provoking in a healthy way. The premise is to read and understand labels, particularly the ingredient list. Never accept the advertisements for "natural", "organic", "zero calories", or "low calories".
I could see students reading this article and then analyzing labels for common drinks to determine the reality of health impact.
